By accessing and using AcuityCRM ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

AcuityCRM is a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management platform that provides tools for managing customer interactions, sales processes, marketing campaigns, and business analytics. The Service includes web-based applications, mobile applications, and related services.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Infringe upon the rights of others

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until the next billing cycle.

8. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Technical support is available to paid subscribers during business hours. Support requests should be submitted through our designated support channels.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AcuityCRM, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AcuityCRM operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 day's notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
